Mercedes G-Class Xenon Installation KIT

Mercedes G-Class parts kit designed for xenon lights installation.

This kit contains all parts you need to successfully perform factory xenon lights installation at any Mercedes G-Class manufactured before 10/31/2006.

Kit includes factory headlights mounting brackets, headlight cover brackets , hardware, plug and play electrical harnesses for head lights and parking lights (no splicing).

Be advice that you have to reprogram electronic ignition switch control module (switch to “Xenon vorhandeln”) using Mercedes STAR diagnostic for proper low beam function.

If your VIN number is not greater that 167703 from 30/05/2006 you have to replace SAM (Signal Acquisition/Activation Module) control module for proper high beam operation.

You can also “cheat” high beam function and install jumper wire for high beam operation but you can experience dashboard warning messages.

SAM control module does NOT included to this retrofit kit and must be purchased separate.

  This parts kit for professional installation only. For proper installation you will need to find a company that has an experienced  installers on staff, installers that have plenty of experience doing installations in vehicles just like yours.

We did installation of these lights many times and will not accept parts back because an installer/shop not able to perform installation.
This kit is not eligible for return for any reason.
